KUnder GAAP, expected return is a reduction of the cost，但是在PBO计算公式里没有看到expected return这一项，请问1）expect额度return是已经减在了 interest cost里面吗？ 2）同理，under IFRS，PBO 公示里的interest cost是Net的概念？已经减去了interest income 吗？

1）没减，但是可以和interest cost抵减，取net。expected return is a reduction of the cost，是说expected return是抵减项。
2）interest cost不是net
