黄石同学你好。详见巴塞尔委员会文件的footnote：If negative gross income distorts a bank’s Pillar 1 capital charge, supervisors will consider appropriate supervisory action under Pillar 2。具体是什么appropriate supervisory action就要视情况而定了。
