FRA是双方约定在未来某个时间点开始进行一段时间的借贷。
rate of 5 percent on $5,000,000 based on the quarterly rate in three months.。表示三个月后进行季度复利的借贷。而题目最后也说at the end of the sixth month。所以意思是：3个月后进行为期3个月的借贷。
所以这里的借贷时间：就是3/12.。
利息=本金*coupon rate*时间，时间就是3/12.
