即P( B | A ) = 80%
所以， P(A)=4% / 80%=5%

所以，P(A)=P(B)=5%

为什么不能用0.95*0.95？
因为AB不互相独立
所以，the probability of neither occurs=1-【P(A)+P(B)-P(A∩B)】=94%
