暱同学在the board should知识点里面提到董事会应该主要look after the interest of shareholders,然后be responsible for the interest of stakeholders，例题里的c问用到"focus on"一词，表示董事会应该主要负责股东利益为什么错误呢？利益相关者虽然也需要照看但非主要对象吧

Be responsible for the concerns of other stakeholders (debtholders and employees).
这里C选项仅仅关注股东利益也是不全面的，还需要多方关注，这里和地位主次无关。
