重点在这里：the firm would issue 3 million employee stock options, with each option giving the holder the right to buy one share of the firm’s stock at a strike price of USD 70.
warrant与employee stock option很多时候是类似的。只不过warrant范围更广一些，而employee stock option其实只是一个看涨期权。
