Adam同学你好，我们是站在现货持有方的角度来考虑持有成本的
也就是cash and carry 是现货持有方，在持有现货时所花费的净成本是：成本-收益（收到便利收益，收到lease rate）
而reverse，就是反向，卖出现货的一方，也就是支付lease rate
建议先站在现货持有方角度考虑收支，在反向就可以了
