黄石同学你好。这里面standard deviation of the mean of many obervations是标准误，standard deviation of a single observation是标准差。标准误你可以简单理解成样本估计量的标准差，比方说样本均值估计量的标准差、OLS估计量的标准差等等。这里standard deviation of the mean指的就是样本均值的标准差，也就是标准误了。
