因为relative value hedge fund的客户大部分是免税客户，所以投资时，会按照免税的思维来进行投资。但是Ælfheah是需要交税的，那么就可能产生冲突。所以Ælfheah would be investing alongside tax-exempt investors，not efficiency。
Tax-efficient angel investment是 天使投资是投资初创型的公司，需要非常专业的投资知识，也要非常专业的管理，但是Ælfheah has not been willing to incur the costs of in-house investment resources. 所以也不满足要求。
