张同学activist investor不是应该是long time horizon 投资者吗，为什么是short呢，另外more traditional activist investor是指什么？为什么activist investor有lower than 10%的stake呢，不是应该more than 10% stakes吗，这样才可以影响管理层

1. activist的持股时间短是和buy and hold比的，买了就不卖了，一直拿着，但activist虽然短，但持股也要好几年。
2. lower than 10%是这个策略的特征，直接记住即可。
