Premiums that the policyholder pay are neither a part of his taxable estate at the time of his death nor are subject to a gratuitous transfer tax.
投保人支付的保费既不是其死亡时应纳税遗产的一部分，也不需缴纳无偿转让税。
一般来说保险赔付时的不需要缴纳遗产税
