记同学老师，net-of-fees是不是没有扣除custody fee？我看原版书写的是gross-of-fees扣除management fee后是net-of-fees，而custody fee是包含在administrative fees中的，gross-of-fees和net-of-fees都不扣administrative fees。

Vincent你好，是的，net fee就是gross 减去业绩提成。gross和net都不减去administrative fee，因为这部分费用通常不受公司的控制。
但是，如果是bundled fee, 且不能分离出trading fee, 则需要整体扣除。
