郑同学老师你好，asset allocation的讲义25页，关于投资机构governance的responsibility，讲到了IC投委会负责make manager structure, conducts manager analysis， 这两条没有问题么？ 没看到IC需要具体做这两件事情啊。

Vincent同学你好，这是有问题的，所以在解释中有指出“ investment committee´s level of invlovement in individual manager selection and evaluation is probably too deep".这些不是投委会的工作。
