赵同学有关compensation arrangement。 1）为什么如果客户offer bonus that depends on the future performance,需要提前和雇主说 但是2）如果bonus based on accounts’s past performance , the gift requires disclosure to the employee to comply with independent and objectivity. 都已经是是事后的奖励？为什么还有objectivity的关系呢？ 谢谢

1，因为如果客户事前承诺了专业人员，如果达成多少的业绩，就给什么好处，会造成专业人员可能为了获得这个好处，而偏好这个用户的，所以有利益冲突。
2，就算是事后的好处，也要披露，因为雇主要评估，明年你有没有可能为了获得类似的好处而故意偏向这个客户。
