无同学老师，请问。2010年的carve out，既要披露百分比，又要建立独立账本吗？

是这个意思，要想carve out，那就必须要有own-cash balance，如果composite中有carve out的部分就要披露百分比是多少。

3.A.8 For periods >= 2010, a carve-out（本意：挖出，译为：复制）must not be included in a composite unless the carve-out is managed separately with its own cash balance：2010年以后，必须不能将投资组合复制进新符合其定义的组合组，除非是有独立管理的现金核算账户（非资金池）的投资组合
5.A.5 For periods beginning on or after 1 January 2006 and ending prior to 1 January 2011, if a composite includes carve-outs, the firm must present the percentage of composite assets represented by carve-outs as of each annual period end
2010年以前，非独立核算管理账户的投资组合也可以复制进新的组合组，但要披露两个信息：现金分配政策（cash allocation policy），即资产池的剩余现金如何分配的政策；复制出的投资组合占整体组合组的百分比
所以披露百分比是从2006年1月1日之后就需要这样了
