promissory note是指本票，本票是指出票人签发的，承诺自己在见票时无条件支付确定金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。
管理层收购失败，肯定会对员工和雇主之间的关系有负面影响，比如说CEO想收购公司，结果失败了，那CEO心里肯定不爽，所以肯定会影响他和公司股东之间的关系。
