additional conpensation是说在你做本职工作的时候,如果收到了额外的好处,要跟雇主披露,并获得all parities的书面许可。
如果你没收到书面许可,就违反了additional compensation准则。
additional compensation大原则是:除非得到有关各方的书面同意(obtain written consent from all parties involved),否则不得接受与雇主利益相竞争或可能被合理预期会造成利益冲突(conflict of interest with, their employer’s interest)的礼物、福利、补偿或安排(gifts, benefits, compensation, or consideration)
