这里是用collar这个策略。collar是持有标的资产的同时，long put+short call
那么因为我继续持有标的资产，所以是unrealized gain，那么是不需要交税的，所以defer the capital gain
同时，因为long put short call，put 和call的premium大致可以互相抵消，所以avoiding any out of pocket expenditure. 这里是一个比较地道的表达，说的是不需要从口袋里面拿钱出来，也就是几乎没有初始投资。
