不是的。representative bias是用过去信息武断推断未来，通常的表现是overweight new info。
但是这题当中没有信息的进入，只是因为过去涨，所以预测未来跌，是一种典型的依据基本面分析来做决策，是没有问题的。
所以不属于representative bias。
