185****1997最后一个问题。他这个题目，说的ipo到底是之lc公司所投资的项目的ipo还是lc公司自己的ipo呀？看答案写的Volatility can affect the valuation of LC's portfolio companies before they are sold,。。。。既然是portfolio companies那我理解应该是lc所投资的那些公司，但是后面又问Identify the potential effects of market volatility on LC's founders if it executes an IPO exit strategy。。。这里面提到 on LC's founders，lc的股东受到什么影响？那看起来又应该说的是lc自己的ipo。。。到底怎么回事？搞糊涂了

Michael同学你好，是LC公司所投资项目的IPO。LC公司自己是有谣言被其他大公司收购（和IPO没关系）。
答案写的Volatility can affect the valuation of LC´s portfolio companies before they are sold,。。。。既然是portfolio companies那我理解应该是lc所投资的那些公司【这个没有问题的】，但是后面又问Identify the potential effects of market volatility on LC´s founders if it executes an IPO exit strategy。。。这里面提到 on LC´s founders，lc的股东受到什么影响？【LC founder是因为他们在投资portfolio company的时候投资比例比较大，所以这些被投资企业IPO的话他们的股权就会有锁定期，我个人倾向于理解为这家公司的很多被投资企业是公司创始股东自己投资的】
