我们可以计算得到1、2、3年RI分别为3.88、3.68、3.47；
题目条件是Castovan forecasts that residual income per share will be constant into perpetuity, equal to Year 3 residual income per share，即第三年之后RI相等，公式为3.47/0.087，计算得到39.885。
将第一年，第二年剩余收益和上述计算的终值折现，计算得出40.44。加上B0=45.25，结果是85.69。
