Johnny同学你好，GP收到的管理费是management fee。Carried interest相当于是把GP和LP的利益捆绑，只有GP做的好使得资产增值，才能拿到carried interest，所以carried interest就相当于是LP打赏给GP，但如果之前GP收到了carried interest后倦怠了，使得资产减值，那么根据clawback provision，GP得把之前收的钱吐出来。
