ayeyea如果2016年是基金最后一年，那么NAV after distribution都需要分给LP？GP能否在其中分一部分？

GP at buyout firms generally comprise the following three sources; carried interest, transaction fees, and monitoring fees。
我们由上面的定义可以看出，GP的可变收入是不包含NAV after distribution。
