1.When a company has a surplus in a DB pension plan, the amount of assets that can be reported is the lower of the surplus or the asset ceiling (the present value of future economic benefits, such as refunds from the plan or reductions in future contributions).
2.当公司在DB Plan中有盈余时，可以报告的资产金额是盈余或asset ceiling。
asset ceiling 是未来经济利益的现值（如计划的退款或未来供款的减少中的较低者）。
3.一般在考试的时候需要辨识“计划的退款”和“未来供款的减少”两个数值哪个较低即可。
