童同学求the estimated terminal year after-tax non-operating cash flow，那最后一年depreciation的钱应该也得考虑进来扣掉吧，因为如果计算每年的operating cash flow，这个depreciation没算在里面，所以这里depreciation也是non-operating cash flow

Amy同学你好，depreciation是非现金费用，不属于cash flow，所以不用算在non-operating cash flow里面。
