yohna财务case10第6题，customer acquisition cost 不是售后服务费用吗？这和intangible asset 有什么关系？我怎么都无法联想到要用b/s中intangible asset的期初期末值调整。

Amy同学你好，Exhibit 3, Note 1d 中最后一行有写customer acquisition costs会：amortized over the life of the contract（如下图），“amortize”说明了它会被资本化为intangible asset，所以要借助intangible asset的期初期末值来计算。
