Simon同学，上午好。因为有表外资产。paid ￡320 million to purchase a 50 percent stake in Boswell Company，而且The excess of the purchase price over the fair value of Boswell´s net assets was attributable to previously unrecorded licenses.全部的溢价是支付给unrecorded licenses，所以没有商誉。那么花320收购50%的equity，溢价=0。反推出equity的实际公允价=640
