Simon对的，同学，摊销是扣除利息后的部分。
在融资租赁下，利息支付属于CFO，lease payment 扣除CFO后，剩下的就是CFF。

假设，是融资租赁，GF leases a machine for its own use for 4 years with annual payments of 1,000 paid in arrears; The appropriate interest rate on the lease is 10%.
那么其lease liability现值：N=4，I/Y=10，PMT=1000，FV=0，CPT PV= -$3170
以第一年为例，产生利息费=3170*10%=317，那么317作为CFO流出，然后实际支付了1000租金，那么1000-317=683，683作为CFF流出。
