从forecast horizon中可以看出要进行预测。
这道题了解下即可。
在预测公司盈利时，有个概念是Normalized earnings，这是指在没有任何影响盈利能力的异常或临时因素存在的情况下，在mid-cycle下的预期收益水平。所以预测必须包含midpoint of a business cycle。
原版书原文：Normalized earnings are the expected level of mid-cycle earnings for a company in the absence of any unusual or temporary factors that affect profitability (either positively or negatively).

forecast horizon只能知道是预测，并不知道要预测earnings，考题中也会出现这种题意不明的问题吗？
