清算所确定当天最终期货交易的平均值（收盘前某一个时间段的交易价格取平均），并将该价格指定为结算价格（settlement price）
The clearinghouse determines an average of the final futures trades of the day and designates that price as the settlement price.
与之区别的是：final trade price，指的是最有一笔交易的价格
