因为Net sales will grow 50 bps slower than nominal GDP. 而 nominal GDP growth of 3.6 percent，所以revenue增长率是3.1%，2020年revenue=53.9*(1+.031)=55.5709

The 2020 gross margin will increase by 20 bps from 2019，2020年的毛利率比2019年多0.2%，所以毛利率=0.2%+35.1/50.5=65.32%

所以COGS=revenue×(1-gross profit margin）=55.5709*(1-65.32%)=19.27
