15****02税法对PP&E征税的部分，是用revaluation重估PP&E造成账面价值变化之前还是之后，如果是之前，为什么不用之后，那样不是可以简化问题吗？

Simon同学，上午好。税法上对PP&E征税，是对revaluation 重估之前的部分。因为税法上不承认revaluation surplus。For tax purposes the revaluation of the building is not recognized.
