对啊，那些是footnotes的一些补充说明，而且那些都是公司过去的交易或业务。而MD&A是站在管理层的角度，展望公司的overview 和trend，和重大不确定性。Significant events and contingencies that may affect future operations说的就是这些重大事件和对未来的影响，那么就是MD&A
