同学你好。无偏（unbiasedness）、有效（efficiency）、一致（consistency）是估计量的三个特点。
1） Unbiasedness refers to the property of an estimator that ensures that it provides an expected estimate that equals the true parameter value being estimated.即样本统计量等于总体参数；
2）Efficiency refers to how close the sample estimates are to the population parameter being estimated.即在所有无偏估计量中，方差最小；
3）Consistency refers to the property of an estimator that ensures that as the sample size increases, the estimate converges to the true population parameter being estimated.即随着样本量的增加，样本统计量逐渐靠向总体参数，或者说估计越来越准确。
