过同学不是很理解为什么CF shows capital expenditure of 10 milion就是指CFI=-10？capital expenditure 为什么是负的CFI？前面章节好像没讲说这个类目等于CFI outflow吧？而且为什么proceeds of sales-10=-9，不能理解为-10=-9+gain吗？但这样的话还是不理解为什么是CFI=-10

1. capital expenditure指购买固定资产的花费，所以是投资活动现金流流出，花钱出去，又是投资活动，所以capital expenditure的CFI=-10。
2. CFI=Proceeds-10，proceeds是卖出设备，属于CFI流入，CFI流入-CFI流出=净CFI，净CFI算出来=-9，因为capital expenditure的CFI流出是10，所以proceeds-10=-9
