Simon同学，下午好。知识点见截图。
其中，cash required to redeem the bonds就是market value。
carrying amount of the bonds就是当前的book value。
举个例子，目前账面上发行的债券是50（欠的负债），但是市场价是40，如果回购债券，我只需要出40，就能买回债券，销掉这笔负债，所以有10的gain。
