Simon同学，上午好。
因为利息是税前支付，在税前支付，就有税盾的作用，
(EBIT-Interest)×(1-tax rate)=Net income，如果展开，
EBIT×(1-tax rate)-Interest×(1-tax rate)=Net income，
站在公司角度，相当于只支付了Interest×(1-tax rate)给债权人，
所以在计算FCFF时，只需加回Interest×(1-tax rate)
