DTL未来会导致多交税。但是，the firm is expected to continue to grow in the foreseeable future，这句话意思公司在可预见的未来会不断扩大规模，扩大规模，就会不断购买长期资产，税法上使用加速折旧，年年都会产生DTL，那么，DTL就不太可能会回转，所以把它当成equity。
