Simon同学，下午好。B选项a higher allocation of the total cost of goods available for sale to cost of sales ，其实是指COGS要更高。这里语法是allocation to，可以直接看成a higher allocation to cost of sales ，而of the total cost of goods available for sale是allocation的修饰，指inventory+COGS。
