曾同学债券的capital gain or loose 是卖价和买价的差值吗？还是carrying value 和卖价的差值？如果是carrying value ，那这个carrying value 是买的时候的还是卖时候的carrying value ？ 最后 carrying value 是不是就是债券的未来的现金流折现求和呢？

Sherry Xie同学你好，你问的问题是要分两种情况：
1. 债券持有到期，是没有capital gain和Loss的；
2. 债券在持有期前买卖，那么capital gain/loss=sale price- carrying value. Carrying value是交易时的value.The carrying value is the purchase price plus´ the amortized amount of the discount if the bond is purchased at a price below par value. If the bond is purchased at a
price above par value, the carrying value is the purchase price minus the amortized amount of the premium.
