实际汇率通俗点就是一国的劳动与商品能换取多少的同等劳动与商品。比如，real ex rate aud/hkd=10,那就代表一个香港面包能换取澳大利亚同等面包10个。实际上说的就是购买力
根据前real exchange rate公式，名义汇率aud/hkd下降，实际汇率aud/hkd下降，hkd购买力下降，aud购买力上升。
