Essie你好，AUM指asset under management，即基金规模。扣除掉管理费和激励费后的net return为：
net return=(AUM in year 1- management fee - incentive fee - AUM in year 0) / AUM in year 0

如題目有high water mark and hurdle rate, 計算incentive fee 時是用那一個數字去減？

先看基金中资产价值有没有超过high water mark，如果有超过high water mark，然后再看回报率有没有超过hurdle rate，如果两个都超过了那么正常计算incentive fee就好了。
如果有任意一个要求没达到，那么就不能计提激励费。
