刘同学Installment method 里面，IFRS规定revenue attributed to the sale price(discounted PV) is recognized at the date of sale.意思是收入在一开始(2015年)就全部一次性确认了吗? 只有interest 才是每年都确认

Amy同学你好，不是一次性全部确认。2015年确认2015年卖东西所得的收入，2016年确认2016年卖东西所得的收入。

但是出售过程不是2015年实现的吗，比如下面那个例题，land在15年出售，只是收款没有一次性收完，15，16，17年都有收款。按照权责发生制，15年就应该确认全部的收入吧。(如果可以可靠计量)
