美国准则和国际准则下均需要计入OCI的4项：
1.Foreign currency translation gain or losses外汇兑换调整：合并海外子公司财务报表时，以当下汇率计算资产负债表及债务中的款项，期间产生的差异
2.Adjustments for minimum pension liability 养老金负债调整
3.Unrealized G/L on available-for-sale securities 可供出售金融产品的未实现损益
4.Unrealized G/L from cash flow hedging derivatives 现金流量套期保值衍生工具的未实现损益

国际准则下独有的一项：
Under IFRS, changes in the value in excess of historical cost of long lived assets measured using the revaluation model rather than the cost model. 根据国际会计准则，使用重估模型而非成本模型评估长期资产价值变动也应计入其他综合收益
