continuing operations是持续经营；discontinued operations 是终止经营，一般指生产线变卖。

对于持续经营项目，只要企业决定继续进行该产品的生产，设备被烧坏了企业可以购买新的设备来生产该产品，这个就可以被称为持续经营项目
终止经营项目指的是企业决定不再生产该产品，比如华为出售了荣耀系列，华为不再生产荣耀系列手机，这个就是终止经营项目，而如果没有出售，设备坏了买了设备继续生产，这个就不是终止经营。
