roushan进口下降，说明对贸易对手方的产品的需求是下降的，也就是说外国的产品相对来说比较贵了，需要更多的本币去购买，所以是外币升值，本币贬值。“persistent currency depreciation relative to primary trading partners”这句翻译过来就是相互对于对手方本币是贬值的。
外币贬值可以这样表达"depreciation of the foreign currency relative to the domestic currency" or "depreciation of the foreign currency against the domestic currency"
