Bingo同学你好。事先披露是指，交易发生之前告知客户。Perth在与券商建立合作关系之时就向客户披露不违反准则要求(at the time the relationship is established of the nature of its arrangement with Nike)。如果合作关系建立之前披露，万一合作关系没有成功建立呢。
