常识上理解，C选项也是有道理，但是题目要选出最能从题干种推出来的结论，所以C选项的解释并不是很直观；

（2）A中的equilibrium price指的是the price where the demand for a product or a service is equal to the supply of the product or service. 但是这道题的题干，表述的是这个意思吗？
是的同学，均衡价格就是供给和需求相同时候的交点；

（3）另外，A中的表述，为什么是low relative to the equilibrium price，而不是high relative to the equilibrium price？
“the manufacturer is still falling short in meeting demand”这句话告诉我们厂商生产的量是不足以满足需求量的，此时说明价格是小于均衡价格的（通过下图可以看出价格是小于均衡价格）
