Sales risk: the uncertainty with respect to the price and quantity of goods and services. 公司商品、服务价格或者销量会和分析师之前预测的产生差别，我们把关于价格和销量的不确定性带来的风险称为销售风险
Operating risk: risk attributed to the operating cost structure, the greater the fixed costs relative to variable costs, the greater the operating risk. 经营风险是指由于经营成本结构而产生的风险，特别是在经营过程中由于运用固定成本而带来的风险
