这里B选项说的是considered也就是说不是事实上的真假，而是统计学家假设的或者说认为的真假，统计学家做假设检验时会先认为原假设为真，才能画出分布。
比如说我假设全中国人的平均身高是170，才能画出分布，此时，Xbar如果近似服从正态分布，它的均值（对称轴）才是170。

所以这里B说considered 为true 的应该是原假设而不是备择假设。

这个选项是对原版书这句话的改写：“The null hypothesis is a statement concerning a population parameter or parameters considered to be true unless the sample we use to conduct the hypothesis test gives convincing evidence that the null hypothesis is false.”
也就是说除非有确信的证据说明原假设为假，不然原假设是considered to be TRUE。
